The Stadium continued to experience growing pains to create an exciting playing field for the Angels and fans. One of the popular features is the terraced Bullpen located behind the outfield. Another feature fans enjoy is the Outfield Extravaganza which is a Rock Fountain. Younger fans enjoy the experience of the Perfect Game Pavilion which is an interactive gaming area.
Fans who want to see the behind the scenes areas or get a better view and learn interesting facts and trivia about their favorite team’s playing field can take in a tour. Fans will visit the press box and broadcast booth, the press conference room, visitor’s dugout and clubhouse, and other points of interest.
Tickets for tours are:
Senior/Active Duty Military/ and kids 3-18: $5
Kids under 3: Free.
In season tours are offered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday when the team is away. The tour times are 9:30 and 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. The tours last about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tours start on time so please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your tour. The maximum number of people per tour is 40. If there are large number of children, guides as that there be 1 chaperone per 10 kids to assure everyone stays together. Please note that there are no tours given on major holidays or on special event days.
Groups of 25 or more people are encouraged to make reservations for their tours at least 2 weeks in advance. There is special pricing for groups you should take advantage of and there are special times set aside for groups. Call to ask for more detailed information regarding group tours.
The Angels are a very large part of baseball lore. Songs and movies have been written about these boys of summer. Take a tour of the park to get a feel for why this team has enjoyed steady popularity among baseball fans young and old.
